LICENSED APPRAISERS - VALUATION SURVEYORS
Our staff hold Government Appraisers Licenses to cover marine and cargo. General Condition Surveys and Valuation of ships, marine craft are undertaken for the High Court Sheriff. Banks and Finance Houses, Lawyers, Owners, Sale and Purchase Brokers. This work can extend to cranes and other heavy machinery or marine facilities.
Our offices are well equipped with equipment for physical strapping or optical measure of all types of shore storage tanks. We can provide ullage tables for any units the client requires, which are computer produced.
Large part of our Marine Surveyors work is related to handling P&I matters in its diversity. Pre-entry Condition Surveys, Oil pollution cases and clean up. Repatriation of stowaways and refugees; Liquid Cargo Contaminations and shortages, Collisions, Angle of blow and speed; Damage to third party property, Injuries and hospitalisations; Assistance to Masters.
ON & OFF-HIRE SURVEYS
We provide On and Off Hire Surveys for all types of vessels from tugs and barges to container vessels and ULCC's.
Our services extend to land cranes, construction equipment and oil rigs.

LOAD-OUT SURVEYS
Heavy lift movements, load out of off-shore modules, verification of calculations and strength plus approval of lash down securing.

Towage approval of tugs and barges, dead ships and manned ships for insurance or on behalf of Classification for Port Clearance.
BUNKER SURVEYS
Surveys on behalf of Owners, Charterers in accordance with Singapore Bunker Procedures. All our bunker surveyors are licenced under the MPA (Maritime Port Authority of Singapore).

We survey on behalf of P&I clubs, Owners or Underwriters on damage goods where we agree proportionment and services extending to salvage sales.

We provide the service of General Average Surveyors where from our Marine and Cargo divisions, we can provide the correct expertise to suit the particular situation.
EDIBLE OIL
We handle quality and quantity control fo the various edible oils exported from the region where our main activity is in Malaysia on palm oil products. Tank inspections for suitability and cleanliness undertaken or issuance of dry certificates as appropriate. We work as required by Consignees, Owners, Shippers or Underwriters.
CONTAINER INSPECTION SERVICES
On and Off-Hire inspections; Damage assessment and repair costing; Equipment Interchange reports. Container Inspection to meet IICL Standards, where our Inspectors are qualified by:

Our staff undertake inspection and verification surveys of exports for compliance with Letter of Credit terms, or for countries requiring this certificate under World Bank Auspices or for Underwriters.
